Pricing, demystified
What is included in the free trial?
Full access to every feature of Outlaw Practice for a full month, for unlimited users — no credit card required. Outlaw Payments is the one exception: it is available on a paid plan, since it requires an application to the card-processing network.
How does per-user pricing work?
$59 per user, per month — flat. Every user is the same price, with no tiers and no minimums. Add or remove users whenever you like; we prorate to your existing billing date.
Are there any hidden fees?
None — unless you count state sales tax. Transparent pricing, no surprises, and no add-on modules to buy later. Every feature is included in the one price.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — and eCheck from your bank account. We do not charge extra for either.
Do you offer a discount for paying annually?
No, and on purpose. Annual prepay is a bonanza for software vendors, but cash flow is king for a small firm. We would rather earn your business every month than lock up your money for a year.
Do you prorate when I add or remove a user?
Yes. Add a user mid-month and you are charged a prorated amount for the days remaining, which keeps your billing date steady. Remove one and we credit the unused days to your next invoice.
